One of my favorite Jane Austen novels has now been retold in an Amish setting and takes its place as one of my favorite Amish stories This retelling of Persuasion was very well done The characters are both authentically Amish, yet the storyline stays true to the original Austen book The author does a great job of changing various settings and events to become decidedly Amish, while keeping the original Austen storyline flowing.I loved these characters Anna Eicher and Freman Whitt lost out One of my favorite Jane Austen novels has now been retold in an Amish setting and takes its place as one of my favorite Amish stories This retelling of Persuasion was very well done The characters are both authentically Amish, yet the storyline stays true to the original Austen book The author does a great job of changing various settings and events to become decidedly Amish, while keeping the original Austen storyline flowing.I loved these char...
